Run bath and drop in. Soak in the bath for a minimum of 20 minutes for maximum relaxation.
Lavender & Ylang Ylang Pulse Point Oil
Apply gently to pulse points (wrists, temples, or neck) as needed throughout the day. Roll onto skin and allow to absorb. Use as part of your daily wellness routine. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, rinse and discontinue use.

Spray lightly onto pillows, bedding, or into the air to create a calming atmosphere. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, rinse and discontinue use.

Place one tea bag into a cup and add hot water before leaving it to brew for 2-3 minutes before drinking.
